When do abstract submissions close?
The abstract submission deadline is 1 February 2026. Click here to submit your abstract.
Where do I submit my abstract?
Click here to access the abstract submission portal. All information such as submitting author information, co-author information, abstract content, and more, will be submitted through the abstract submission portal.
When will I be notified of the outcome of my abstract?
Your abstract will be assessed, and you will be notified of the outcome of your abstract from 23 February 2026. Those whose abstracts have been accepted will be required to submit a subsequent paper.
