Admission to the Congress and social functions may be refused if payment has not been received.
Full In-Person Registration (Regular or Student*) includes morning tea/lunch and afternoon tea during the days of the congress, Congress materials and Welcome Reception. The Congress Dinner tickets are an additional charge to registration or can be purchased separately, $150 AUD.
Full Online Registration includes online access to view Congress Opening, Congress Closing, Congress Plenary and Keynote sessions and all presentations in the technical program that have been uploaded by presenters.
Accompanying Person (Full In-Person) Registration includes access to the below activities:
- Welcome Reception (Sunday, 9 August 2026)
- Full-day Victor Harbor, Wildlife & Wine Adventure tour
- Half-day Adelaide Central Market tour
- Half-day Adelaide City Highlights Tour & River Cruise
The Congress Dinner and Town Hall Social Evening tickets can be purchased separately by the delegate whom you are accompanying to the Congress.
*Student Registration Students must be currently enrolled in an educational institution (undergraduate or graduate level). Students must provide valid proof of student status (e.g., student ID card, enrolment verification, or a letter from the institution).

If you would like to purchase multiple registrations as a group or request an alternate payment method invoice, please contact All Occasions Group via email at conference@aomevents.com.
Other payment methods include invoice, EFT/direct debit or SWIFT payment.
CONVERSION RATES FOR EURO AND USD
All fees are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). To support international delegates, approximate USD and EUR conversions are provided for reference.
Earlybird Registration: €634 EURO / $735 USD*
Standard and Virtual Registration: €709 / $822 USD*
Student Registration: €212 EURO / $246 USD*
Accompanying Person: €262 /$303 USD*

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the Congress will receive a full refund, less a $150 AUD cancellation fee. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to 7 days prior to the Congress will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within seven (7) days of the Congress; however, a substitute delegate may be nominated.
Registration cancellations must be sent in writing via email to All Occasions Group (AOG), conference@aomevents.com.
Refunds from any deposits forwarded to hotels, tour companies or other related businesses will be at the discretion of the supplier. Each hotel will have different terms and conditions, check before booking.
