Following the Opening Ceremony and Plenary, join us at the Welcome Reception on Sunday 9 August from 6:30-7:30pm in the Exhibition Hall. Browse 60 trade booths showcasing the latest in noise control engineering from leading suppliers. Enjoy canapés and drinks in a casual setting while connecting with fellow delegates. Included in all registrations.

Young Profressionals’ Breakfast
The Young Professionals’ Breakfast is a dedicated networking event designed for students and early-career professionals attending INTER-NOISE 2026.
Monday Night Quiz
Test your knowledge and enjoy some friendly competition at our Inter-Noise Quiz Night! The quiz features a diverse mix of topics, from acoustics and noise control to general knowledge, travel, and much more. So whether you’re a seasoned engineer or new to the field, there’s something for everyone. Individuals and teams are welcome, so gather your colleagues and put your heads together to tackle the questions. Prizes await the winning team, and all participants can look forward to great company, good conversation, and a few laughs.

Women in Noise Control Lunch
This event is open to all women, whether students or professionals. It is an opportunity for women in noise control engineering to get together, network and discuss the development and challenges of women in noise control, in the convivial environment of a lunch.
Congress Dinner
Join us on Tuesday 11 August from 7:00pm for a casual Congress Dinner of connection and celebration with an Australiana theme plus local flavours and produce. If you are yet to register for the Congress, Congress Dinner tickets can be purchased during the online registration process. We warmly welcome all registered accompanying persons to our dedicated program showcasing the best of Adelaide during INTER-NOISE 2026. The program includes a full-day Victor Harbor, Wildlife & Wine Adventure through South Australia’s stunning Fleurieu Peninsula, as well as half-day experiences including the Adelaide Central Market Tour and an Adelaide City Highlights & River Cruise. Lunch
Lunch featuring great local produce and barista coffee is provided and included in the registration for delegates (full and students) Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – another chance to meet colleagues and explore the technical exhibition.
